if you go the following link, there is a help desk which if you scroll to bottom it shows an example that has mastery and dance steps all in one box.

Thanks for the link but no I meant the FIG difficulty form in word document. I'm trying to figure out how people write difficulty forms on the computer without a special program...

It's easy! Wink Once you have the file with the form, you can open it (with Word or Excel, for example) and copy and paste the symbols you need. Unfortunately, I can only find the form in Italian language, but I don't think this is a huge problem. You can translate it in English by comparing it with the one at page 43 of the English CoP.
Form in .doc: http://www.beatricevivaldi.com/ginnastica_ritmica/rhythmic-gymnastics/materiali-utili-gr/finish/8-materiali-utili/42-scheda-di-dichiarazione-esercizio-gr-fiches.html
Form in .pfd: http://www.beatricevivaldi.com/ginnastica_ritmica/rhythmic-gymnastics/materiali-utili-gr/finish/8-materiali-utili/43-scheda-di-dichiarazione-esercizio-gr-fiches.html

I have found a better link for the symbols: https://www.fig-gymnastics.com/publicdir/rules/files/rg/RG%20Symbols%20Tables%202013.doc
