when everything is nicely aligned I have much more freedom of movment - especially through back and hips. I never train on the day I'm adjusted but the day after back flexibilties are much easier.

the chiropractor moves your joints around untill they crack back into place. It dosn't hurt or anything, It actually feels really nice. Very Happy Make sure you ask around to get reccomendations before seeing one tho becuase a bad chiropractor is just as bad as a bad doctor.

The back crack that coaches sometimes do is a type of adjustment for aligning the joint where the ribs join onto the spine. My Vaulting coach and my AG coach both do this one and it makes such a difference to my back flex.

There are lots of other more complicated ones for neck and pelvis and lower back that only my chiropractor adjusts.

I'm also a big fan of teraputic massage (not the spa kind but the medicine kind). When I can affoard it I see the RMT (Registered Massage Thereapist) that works in the same office as my chiropractor at the same time becuse knots in your muscles can undo all of the work the chiro does.
