I don't know for the whole ntl team but I am fairly sure Trofimova and Mukhitdinova are nr 1 and nr 2.

Hm, I don't think I've heard anything about Zarina retiring but then again I spend way less time here these days..

BTW to clear it up, did or did not Yuliana qualify for Beijing?

Ashaeva retired 3 years ago and Muhidtinova has now retired too. There is Trofimova, Rahmatova and Muhamedova (maybe?)

For Muhidtinova the federation change did not be verry usefull. She hardly ever competed on the big scene even as an UZB representant...

There's still one wildcard left and we don't know when it will be announced or who is in contention for it. All I know is that Lisa Wang wanted her federation to apply for it on her behalf, but they turned her request down (which I find very understandable).

BTW, wildcards usually go to countries that are generally low represented in the Olympics, so at least Trofimova has one advantage there.
