I know that acrobatic elements like tumbling runs are not allowed in routines, but someone linked me to Victoria Clow's clubs routine from last year and it includes an aerial cartwheel (video). So are aerial cartwheels allowed because I was under the assumption that they were not. (Most of my basis being that an aerial walkover fulfills the front tumbling requirement in AG.)

Hi,

I assume you're talking about the jump at 0:37.
According to the CoP, it's not a forbidden acrobatic element but a "butterfly" jump which gives 0.5 in difficulty if it's correctly performed.
You find it on page 18, n° 12

This is not a ''butterfly kick'' jump for 100%. The technique of those moves is very different.

Compare these two videos:

Cartwheel (no hands): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FgssHO9XoQ (0:37)
Butterfly kick: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dx3W9X6VK08 (beginning)

While doing a butterfly, you can't have your head that close to the floor - your body has to be horizontal, while in cartwheel it has to be vertical.
