could someone tell me exactly how the skirts and pants leos are made? are they separate? do the tights go under the maillot? does anyone have a pic where you can see (close up!) what they look like?)

I think most gymnasts put on the tights and then put on their leotard over them.
However some put the tights over the leotard.

I think it looks much better with the leotard over the tights!

ok,thanks for the pic where you can REALLY see the tights over the maillot. another question,then,this type of maillot IS ACCEPTED and not penalized? do you think they are comfortable?

Several girls in my team have got unitards with skirts that are made in one piece.

I haven't seen a written text that says that it's allowed to wear such unitards, but since "everyone" was wearing them at the EC in Kiev - yes, it is allowed according to the FIG COP. (You should check with your country's gymnastics federation as well.)

Apparently its not alowd officially but seeing as Alina was the 1st person I think to wear one, its overlooked and seen as acceptable... I wonder why Rolling Eyes

ok,as i understand it,the tights go under the maillot with skirt. could it also be a unitard with a skirt that can be taken off and on? if anyone has more pictures where you can see the maillot and tights iŽd appreciate it! the one pic above is excellent because with the white bottom and the black tights its quite visible!!thanks,

I use this pants and they are separate....
