are those the top juniors in the USA?

i agree, USA has been on the top lately with Sereda's 4th place finish in pesaro and marbella and Kerber's 3rd place in Calsis and 9th in pesaro

Yes I agree that artistry is lacking. Though, I think for now it's more important for them to focus on technical skills so they can be competitive with the Europeans. Plus they are only, what, 12? 13? There is time for their artistry to improve. And no offense but many of the top girls in this sport have zero artistry |
