Yes.
Or you can buy a device that will convert it. Dazzle is the consumer capture device of choice but is a piece of crap. The canopus devices are the best.
if you have a DV camera with AV in option and a firewire port(all new computers have this), you can hook it up to your vcr, record, and then hook it up to your computer. |
