www.profumisport.it if you speak italian. Here you can create your personal leotard and they make it and send it to you.

Hello friends,
A company making amazingly beautiful, handmade and to the size unique leotards is the Czech manufacturer MATSPORT (located in the Czech Republic).
Czech top level gymnasts like Cervenkova and Kopacova are wearing their costumes.
