This routine, is brilliant. I don't know if this is the national team or not...it looks like it is thought because I think I see Pichuzhkina? Can't be certain...also because I recognize a few elements from last year of...I already forgot her name. Last year's coach (or...still technically this year) who choreographed and coached the junior team before...that's not important...
WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IS: Guys...this routine is just brilliant. It's not a secret that I root for Italy full steam but after seeing this, Russia's in good shape to take that top spot back from right under their noses.

This one however, I'm not as fond of...I prefer last year's routine. |
Sorry, They are not national team girls, not even the national 2nd team, they only dressed in their 2010 leotards. The video remarks said it was Moscow Cup with Moscow Team. No Pichuzhkina was there either. |
I watched the video when it was first uploaded, so details were not available. They are there now so now I know that it is the Moscow regional team. I was very excited when I first saw the routine, and seeing that it was a competition in Russia one can only assume (especially when details aren't available). My mistake. |

So, Pichuzhkina retired? I see Karolina Sevastyanova in her place |

Yes, due to health reasons Correct if I'm wrong.. Quite surprising to see Karolina but I'm happy that she made it! Hopefully she will improve in A team, cause I enjoyed her performances back in 2010 as a junior |

Nooo! Poor her! So now in the Russian group 4/6 gymnasts were the gymnasts who attended Singapore Youth Olympic Games! Russia has so many young gymnasts, I hope they will learn to keep theirselves concentrated in important competitions! |

So this is their new routine? Is it just me, or is there really a lack of original elements? I'm missing something in this routine.. _________________ There is a bit of insanity in dancing that does everybody a great deal of good.

they just did the same routine with this background music. I guess their coach just wants the audience to see something 'different' at the moment while they're busy mixing the new music and designing the new leotards. What we see from the Russians at the early stage is always not finalized until the very last moment. There has to be some small amendments, if not big ones. _________________ the sixth sense |

I was thinking it too, but 1:50 of the 5 balls they perform many new elements!
I love the musics! And when they will fix the routines, they will be perfect! These new routines are so elegant! The Ode to Joy is just epic!
I think they will add many new elements when they will practice the routines, or as Juliana said, they could even change them completely!
Thanks a lot Miroslava! I could not wait to see their new routines! |

Two routines with classical music ?!?!?
I am so disappointed. The old ones were so nice. One really saw the hand of the new coreographer. These routines are boring boring boring. Was the new coreographer already fired? |

Honestly... I read... "we are going to change only the 5 balls exercise".. half of this exercise is the same of last year.. but it's nice...
when I saw the 3+2... I said.. OMG.. what's this?? It seems like the girls are trying the exercise and someone in the arena is listening "The Ode to Joy"... |

I think the routines will become much better when we'll see them performed well, they have just started to work with them! At the beginning of the last year, for example, I didn't like at all Russia's 5 balls, and I wasn't very convinced about their 3+2. The same for a lot of individual gymnasts routines that now I love! I hope it will be the same for this year! |
