the code allowes the unitards with a skirt, but it supposed to be an only piece, but in this picture it looks like they put pantys over the skirted leotard..... is this really allowed????

Russians were first who did that and so it is allowed now (if Ukr did that, we would have been deducted surely, but now if RUS does this, we also can have a leotard with pants)
Kikkas has also such leotards, but with blue pants.

maybe im wrong but to me it looks like she put the leotard on first and then put the tights on because the silver color matches some of the leotard. i would have put the tights on first because of that ugly stich going across the middle, but thats me!
